Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact our support team and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address Information
